Effective 29 April 2024 IATA will implement a mandatory two-factor authentication for all IATA BSPlink users. You will be prompted to activate two-factor authentication and you will also have the option to activate it on a voluntary basis.

We are planing webinars to support you on activating your two-factor authentication on the 23 May. Please register HERE.

What is two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication is an additional layer of security added to your IATA Customer Portal account, to protect your data and information.

How does this impact me, as an IATA BSPlink user?
Due to the nature of the IATA BSPlink service and the type of financial information shared with its users, the service is considered a critical service that requires an additional layer of security beyond username and password.
