Ransomware attack mot BSPLink leverantör

Senaste nytt från IATA om ransomware attacken mot deras leverantör Accelya. Enligt dokumentet nedan, som vi fått från ECTAA, så har personuppgifter från resebyråer läckt ut. Vi inväntar ytterligare klargöranden från IATA. På vissa marknader verkar det vara problem med BSPLink classic. Om så är fallet – hör av er till oss.
”Following the message sent on 22 August, Accelya has authorized IATA to release the following Indicators of Compromise (IOC) information to you relating to the ransomware attack on Accelya. Please see the communication attached for further information.”

IATA informerar om att en av BSPLinks leverantörer har utsatts för en ransomware attack, vilket innebär problem med att använda den nya versionen av BSPLink. För en del verkar det också påverka ”BSPLink Classic”. Såhär skriver IATA:
”IATA is rerouting through classic BSPLink, until further notice, to ensure continued operations of the system. Any other incidents such as users locked out of BSPlink are not related to this security incident. The below error message is sometimes trigger due to an incorrect password or more than two users trying to log in at the same time. For further support, I would encourage the agents to reach out to our CS team directly through the Portal.”
